After a Youth for Unity meeting in Dublin, where together we tried to build an atmosphere of Unity amongst all, I was just so happy that I didn’t want that happiness to go away; I wanted it to stay with me for a long time. Then, I was thinking of a way to remind myself of that happiness that we can have everyday, if we try to love others as ourselves. 

So, I thought of my mobile phone, which is something I have with me everyday and decided to put the phrase: “Live the Golden Rule” (treat others the way you would like to be treated) on my phone as an alarm that comes on everyday at around 4:30pm to remind me of the life and Love that grows in us if we try to live the Golden Rule.
